2017 marks the 15th Anniversary of Sanabel, the Microfinance Network of Arab Countries and we will celebrate together at Sanabel’s 2017 Annual Conference, which will be held at the Movenpick Hotel and Resort Beirut, Lebanon during 7th & 8th November, 2017.  

Our conference theme "Financial Inclusion in the Arab Countries; A Journey of Collaboration and Achievements" reflects the 15 years journey of Sanabel as the first microfinance network in the Arab Countries along with the journey of Sanabel members who serve millions of unbanked men, women and youth. The ongoing collaboration between all the different stakeholders of the microfinance industry led impressive achievements to date.

As we are moving toward our broader goal of financial inclusion, our journey is entering into a new phase full of potential and opportunities for sustainable growth. Therefore, the conference sessions will be under five tracks focusing on our future:

1-  Evolution of Microfinance institutions and clients

2-  Potential of existing and new partnerships in the race towards financial inclusion

3-  Beyond financial inclusion; MFIs role in advancing SDGs 2030

4-  Strategic leadership and its effectiveness in overcoming internal and external risks

5-  Shaping the future by advancing youth financial inclusion

Sanabel's 2017 Conference as usual will provide a platform for discussions, debates and networking opportunities for all regional and global stakeholders where experiences and knowledge are shared among peers.
