• Live Updates: To send you real-time notifications regarding the agenda, session changes, or important announcements.
• Personalized Experience: To manage your digital access to the conference booklet, full agenda, and speaker profiles.

3. In-App Content

All conference-related data, including Speaker Profiles, the conference booklet, and session details, are provided directly within the application. The app does not redirect you to external third-party websites to view these materials, ensuring a contained and secure environment for your data.

5. Managing Your Profile

The application is designed to help you network. However, if you wish to limit your visibility or update the information provided during the initial setup, you may do so within the app settings or by contacting the Sanabel support team on-site.

6. Data Retention

Information collected through the app will be retained for the duration of the 17th Annual Conference and for a limited period afterward to facilitate post-event networking. Once the conference cycle is complete, data will be archived or deleted in accordance with Sanabel’s data management policies.
