Welcome to Jordan

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is located on the center of the Middle East, Northwest of Saudi Arabia, South of Syria, and Southwest of Iraq. Jordan has access to the Red Sea via the port city of Aqaba, located at the northern end of the Gulf of Aqaba. Amman is the capital and most populous city of Jordan, and the country's economic, political, and cultural center. Situated in north-central Jordan, Amman is the administrative center of the Amman Governorate. The city has a population of 2,232,000 and a land area of 1,680 square kilometers (648.7 square miles). Today, Amman is among the most liberal and westernized Arab cities. It is a major tourist destination in the region, particularly among Arab and European tourists.

Dead sea One of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the world, the Jordanian east coast of the Dead Sea has evolved into a major hub of both religious and health & wellness tourism in the region. A series of good roads, excellent hotels with spa and fitness facilities, as well as archaeological and spiritual discoveries make this region as enticing to today's international visitors as it was to kings, emperors, traders, prophets, and pilgrims in antiquity.
